fatandsassy header

Fat and Sassy Merino yarn is made of 100% finest extrafine merino wool. The yarn is slightly felted on the surface so it's easy to knit. Yarn is spun in Finland.

The wool originates from none mulesing certified supplier which is one of the finest merinos in the world. With this yarn you can create beautiful knits, from interior textiles to accesories.

Fat and Sassy is super soft, luxurious and non-itching - also suitable for babies and knits close to the skin.

FatRussian header

Fat Russian Roulette is truly a super super bulky big stitch yarn, made of 100% natural coloured  Russian sheep’s wool - no chemicals used. Spun in Finland with raw material from Russia. Russian sheep wool is as warm as it gets and super soft. With these natural colour giant yarns you are able to create the most inspiring knits and interior textiles. Ideal for almost anything!

While the texture is a bit fuzzier than Fat & Sassy, it’s still pre-washed and slightly felted on the outside for less pilling and no shrinking! Spun the old-fashioned way rather than corespun, so there’s no worming or separating even when you have to undo or “frog” your stitches.

Great for first time projects because you can actually “see” the stitches, and with a finished object in an hour or two, you practically get instant gratification!

FatFluffy header

A loosely twisted big stitch yarn made of 100% extrafine merino wool.

Weighing about 50% less than Fat & Sassy, a skein of Fat & Fluffy will knit almost double the area as a skein of the same weight in Fat & Sassy. Get the big stitch look without the extra weight!

Great for baby knits and super-soft knits that do not have to tolerate a lot of friction. Still slightly felted to prevent pilling, but not quite as dense and durable as the heavier weights. Pre-washed for no shrinking!
